Terms and Conditions

By using this online store, you confirm that you have read and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

General Provisions

These Terms govern the rights and obligations of the buyer and the seller, the conditions for purchasing, payment, delivery and returns, as well as other matters related to the use of this online store and the sale of goods. By using the website or placing an order, you confirm that you have read and agree to be bound by these Terms.

The Seller—MB “Emsora”—provides services in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania and these Terms. The buyer must provide accurate and complete information, follow the instructions on the website, and comply with all applicable legal requirements.

The store’s content, prices, offers and these Terms may be amended, supplemented or clarified where permitted by law. Any changes take effect upon publication on the website and apply to orders placed after the changes are posted.

The store may be used by legally capable natural persons, legal entities, or their duly authorized representatives. The buyer confirms that they have the legal capacity and authority to conclude sales contracts; minors must have appropriate consent from their representatives where required by law.

The Seller communicates with the buyer via email, phone or other channels indicated in the store. The buyer is responsible for providing accurate and functioning contact information necessary for the provision of information and documents and for order fulfillment.

Ordering of Goods and Contract Formation

The Buyer may place orders online via glovecraft.lv or, where applicable, at the Seller’s office by prior arrangement. Online ordering is the primary and recommended method.

When placing an order, the Buyer must enter accurate and complete information required for fulfillment, including personal or company details, contact information and delivery address. The Buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the data provided.

Orders placed at the office (where applicable) are subject to these Terms and other rules published by the store. By placing an order, the Buyer confirms having read and agreed to the Terms.

Once the Buyer selects the goods, completes all checkout steps, including choosing the payment method and confirming payment, a sale–purchase legal relationship arises between the Seller and the Buyer and a sale–purchase contract is deemed concluded.

Each Buyer’s order is recorded in the Seller’s information system and retained for the period required by law.

Online ordering flow:

  1. Add the selected goods to the cart.
  2. In the cart, click “Buy” to proceed to checkout.
  3. Fill in the required contact and delivery details.
  4. Choose a payment method and pay.
  5. After successful payment you will be redirected to the order confirmation page and receive a confirmation email.

  • the right to purchase goods on glovecraft.lv in accordance with these Terms;
  • the right to cancel an order under the procedure set out in these Terms;
  • the right to withdraw from the contract in accordance with applicable law;

Product Information, Orders and Delivery

The online store strives to present product images and descriptions as accurately as possible. However, colors or other visual details may vary slightly depending on the customer’s device settings. Such differences are not considered the seller’s liability if they remain within reasonable limits.

The seller reserves the right to adjust the assortment, remove products, or update descriptions without prior notice.

The purchase agreement is deemed concluded once the Buyer places an order and completes the payment. Orders that are not confirmed or paid for may be cancelled after a set period.

The seller may cancel an order if it cannot be fulfilled, informing the Buyer and refunding any payment in accordance with legal requirements.

Payment for goods can be made using several common methods. The exact options and partners will be indicated during checkout:

  • online banking or bank transfer;
  • through a payment service provider’s system;
  • other digital payment methods as specified during the order process.

Products are delivered to the address specified by the Buyer within European Union and, where applicable, to other countries. Delivery times depend on the nature of the order and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances or public holidays.

The seller will make reasonable efforts to ensure timely delivery but is not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond its control or due to incorrect data provided by the Buyer.

The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract and return the product within 14 days of receipt, provided it has not been used and retains its commercial appearance. However, certain goods cannot be returned:

  • products made to order or customized according to the Buyer’s requirements;
  • products that, due to their nature, cannot be properly returned (e.g. for hygiene reasons).

The seller refunds accepted returns without undue delay, but no later than within the period required by law. Return costs are generally borne by the Buyer, unless the return is due to the Seller’s error.

The seller is not liable for non-performance or delays where caused by force majeure circumstances that could not have been foreseen or avoided.
